From now until February 5, libraries around the world are taking part in #ColorOurCollections. This fun initiative invites you to download free coloring pages from one of the participating libraries, then share your creation via social media with the #ColorOurCollections hashtag so others can admire your work. The pages feature plants, animals, human anatomy, vintage book illustrations and more. Even if you normally stick to coloring mandalas and pretty patterns, these images are fascinating to look at.
The Biodiversity Heritage Library has assembled over 1,000 images for you to color as part of the promotion. InfoDocket also has a list of other participating libraries for you to check out.
